- Professional Behavior: All participants are expected to maintain a high standard of professional behavior during training sessions. Disrespectful or disruptive behavior towards trainers or fellow participants will not be tolerated.
- Attendance: Punctuality is essential. Participants must arrive on time for all sessions and are required to attend all scheduled classes. Absences must be communicated in advance and may require valid justification.
- Dress Code: Participants should adhere to a professional dress code suitable for the training environment. Specific requirements may be outlined for certain courses.
2. Course Participation
- Engagement: Active participation in all course activities, including discussions, exercises, and assessments, is required to ensure the best learning outcomes.
- Course Materials: All materials provided during the course are for the exclusive use of the enrolled participant. These materials must not be copied, distributed, or shared without prior permission.
- Use of Devices: Mobile phones and other electronic devices must be switched off or set to silent during sessions to avoid disruptions. Their use is only permitted during breaks unless otherwise instructed by the trainer.
3. Assessments and Examinations
- Completion Requirements: Participants must complete all assessments, exams, and practical exercises to pass the course. Failure to meet the minimum requirements may result in course failure.
- Academic Integrity: Cheating, plagiarism, or any other form of academic dishonesty is strictly prohibited and may lead to immediate dismissal from the course.
- Retakes: In the event of failing an assessment or examination, participants may be allowed a retake under certain conditions, as determined by the course guidelines.
4. Safety and Security
- Health and Safety: Participants must comply with all health and safety regulations during training. Any accidents, injuries, or hazards should be reported to the trainer or course coordinator immediately.
- Emergency Procedures: Familiarize yourself with the emergency procedures for the training facility. Follow all instructions from staff during drills or actual emergencies.
- Personal Belongings: Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. A K4 Training Company is not liable for any loss or damage to personal property.
5. Disciplinary Actions
- Violation of Rules: Any violation of these rules and regulations may result in disciplinary action, including but not limited to warnings, suspension, or expulsion from the course.
- Appeals: Participants have the right to appeal any disciplinary action by submitting a written request to the course coordinator or administration within a specified period.
6. Payments and Fees
- Payment Terms: Course fees must be paid in full before the start of the course unless otherwise agreed upon. Failure to make payment may result in cancellation of enrollment.
- Refund Policy: Refunds are subject to our cancellation policy. No refunds will be issued after the course has commenced, except under exceptional circumstances.
7. Complaints and Grievances
- Filing a Complaint: Participants who have a complaint or grievance should submit it in writing to the course coordinator. We are committed to resolving all issues promptly and fairly.
- Resolution Process: All complaints will be investigated, and a response will be provided within a reasonable time frame. Participants will be informed of the outcome and any actions taken.
8. Changes to Rules and Regulations
- Updates: A K4 Training Company reserves the right to modify these rules and regulations at any time. Participants will be informed of any significant changes, and continued participation in the course implies acceptance of the revised rules.
